Prior to switching to AHT, our now-customer worked with another heat treat provider. Their turnaround time was not always the best and seemed to be worsening over recent months, so when the automation equipment manufacturer was given an aggressive deadline by their OEM, they knew they needed to search for another heat treat provider.
